MCQuote of the Day — Terms and Conditions

1. Service Description
MCQuote of the Day is a paid SMS subscription service operated by Warrior Lifestyle LLC. Subscribers receive one (1) text message per day containing an original quote and reflection prompt from Justin “Master Chim” Garcia.
2. Subscription and Billing
The subscription fee is $9.00 per month, billed automatically through Stripe. Your subscription begins on the date of purchase and renews monthly until canceled. No refunds are issued for partial months.
3. Message Frequency
You will receive one (1) text message per day, seven days a week. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
4. Opt-Out
You may cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To resubscribe, you must purchase a new subscription.
5. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and a resident of the United States to subscribe. By subscribing, you confirm that the phone number provided is yours and that you are authorized to receive text messages at that number.
6. Content
All quotes and content delivered through MCQuote of the Day are the original intellectual property of Justin Garcia / Warrior Lifestyle LLC. Subscribers may share individual quotes for personal, non-commercial use. Reproduction, resale, or redistribution of the content in bulk is prohibited.
7. Service Availability
We make every effort to deliver messages daily without interruption. However, Warrior Lifestyle LLC is not responsible for delays or failures caused by mobile carriers, network outages, or technical issues beyond our control.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued subscription after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
