This policy explains what information masterchim.com collects, how it gets used, and the choices you have. The site is operated by Justin "Master Chim" Garcia. Questions go to the contact page.
What we collect
Information you give us. When you join the MC Letter, you give us your email address. When you submit a coaching or program application, you give us your name, email address, and your answers to the application questions. When you buy a digital product, our payment processor collects your payment details.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, this site uses analytics tools that collect standard usage data: pages visited, time on page, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address, and how you interact with pages.
The services we use
BerserkerMail stores the email list and sends the MC Letter. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
FormSubmit relays application form submissions to our inbox.
Stripe processes payments. We never see or store your full card number; Stripe handles it on their systems under their own privacy policy.
Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity provide usage analytics. Clarity may record anonymized session interactions (scrolling, clicking) to show us how pages get used.
How we use your information
To send you the MC Letter if you signed up for it. To review and respond to your application. To deliver products you bought. To understand how the site performs and improve it. That covers it.
What we never do
We never sell your information. We never rent the email list. We never share your application answers with anyone outside the coaching practice.
Cookies
The analytics tools above set cookies to function. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site works without them.
Your choices
Unsubscribe from the MC Letter at any time using the link in any email. To ask what information we hold about you, or to have it deleted, reach out through the contact page and we will handle it.
Children
This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes, the new version gets posted here with a new effective date.
