These terms govern your use of masterchim.com, operated by Justin "Master Chim" Garcia. By using the site, joining the MC Letter, applying for a program, or buying a product, you agree to them.

What this site is

Everything on this site (articles, emails, frameworks, programs, coaching) is personal development education for men. It is not medical care, mental health treatment, therapy, financial advice, or legal advice. If you need those, get them from a licensed professional. You are responsible for the decisions you make with what you learn here.

Your content and ours

The frameworks, writing, videos, and materials on this site and in the programs belong to Justin Garcia. Buying a program gives you a personal license to use the materials for yourself. It does not give you the right to resell, republish, or teach them as your own.

Purchases and refunds

Digital products are delivered by download or email after payment through Stripe. Refund terms are stated on each product's sales page at the time of purchase; where a product page states that sales are final, they are. If a delivery fails or a download breaks, reach out through the contact page and we will make it right.

Applications

Submitting an application for coaching, the Inner Circle, or any program is a request, and acceptance is at our discretion. Submitting an application creates no obligation on either side until both sides agree to work together.

Results

Testimonials on this site are real accounts from real men. They are their outcomes, produced by their work. Nothing on this site promises you a specific result. What you get out of any program depends on what you put into it.

External links

The site links to outside services (Skool, Amazon, YouTube, and others). Those sites have their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.

Limitation of liability

The site and its materials are provided as they are. To the fullest extent the law allows, Justin Garcia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its materials. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

Changes

If these terms change, the new version gets posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
